1. General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the er444 platform ("we", "us", "platform") and its users ("you", "user"). By using the er444 website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

Each user must register only one account. Creating multiple accounts or opening an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. The name, address, mobile number, and other details provided at registration must be truthful.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

er444 may at any time request documents to verify your identity, proof of address, or payment method. Withdrawal processing may be placed on hold until documents are submitted. This verification process is conducted for your own protection.

3.3 Password & Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. er444 will not be liable for any unauthorised activity carried out from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Methods

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at er444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Depositing funds from a third party's name or from a borrowed card or account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. A withdrawal request may only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on er444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete wagering of 25 times the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount alone, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If multiple accounts are created, another person's identity is used, or strategic betting patterns are employed with the intent of abusing bonus offers, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP Program

The er444 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers are upgraded based on regular play. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on er444 are final and cannot be changed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or modified except in the case of a technical error. The data recorded by er444's system will be treated as final in determining game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection, power outage, or any other technical reason, er444 will endeavour to provide a fair resolution where possible. However, er444 will not be liable for failures that are entirely attributable to third-party technology.

6.3 Sports Betting

Settlement of bets in the sports betting section is based on internationally recognised results. If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet is generally treated as void and the stake is returned, unless the specific rules state otherwise.

6.4 Game Providers & Results

er444 offers games from multiple providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. The outcome of each game is determined by the relevant provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on er444:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Following artificial betting patterns with the intent of abusing bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Depositing funds into your own account using another person's money.
• Using fraudulent identity documents.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by er444

In the event of a breach of Terms, suspicious activity, evidence of fraud, or a security risk, er444 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Please ensure all valid withdrawals are completed before closing your account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

er444 will follow its own policy regarding accounts that have been completely inactive for an extended period. For any questions about the balance of an inactive account, please contact the support team.

9. Responsible Gaming
